Senior Instrumentation and Electrical Designer responsible for preparing accurate I&E drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary 3D CAD work, conducting field investigations, resolving design issues, and supporting engineering deliverables. The role requires technical guidance, knowledge of plant design and construction, adherence to PIP, NEC, IEC, ISA, and IEEE standards, and proficiency with AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation, Bentley, and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time and office-based in Corpus Christi, Texas, with travel determined by project requirements.

Lead telecom engineering activities for upstream oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, and fertilizer projects. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing telecom deliverables, calculations, network architecture, equipment layouts, vendor documents, quotations, and design reviews. The role also supports procurement, inspections, FAT/SAT, site surveys, technical audits, pre-commissioning, and interdisciplinary coordination. It requires leadership, mentoring, technical training, quality and HSE compliance, project support, and proficiency with AutoCAD, telecom systems, 3D model reviews, and RF tools.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering coordination for oil and gas or low-carbon energy projects from Pre-FEED and FEED through detailed design. Coordinates teams of up to 50 across global offices, manages technical interfaces, changes, budgets, schedules, reporting, specifications, codes, safety, and quality requirements. Requires brownfield and greenfield experience, EPC project knowledge, Agile sprint experience, and the ability to work independently across multiple engineering disciplines.
