Facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA safety studies for oil and gas and low-carbon projects. Responsibilities include preparing workshop materials, overseeing or developing Terms of Reference, attending kickoff meetings, conducting node mark-ups, leading workshops, updating worksheets, and overseeing or writing final reports. The role may be UK-based or remote, with travel required for in-person workshops. Major oil company facilitator approval is beneficial but not required.

Provides client-side oversight of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, risk, and performance for major EPCM and contractor projects. Reviews and integrates baseline schedules, monitors critical paths and trends, validates physical progress, assesses change and claims impacts, supports extension-of-time evaluations, and delivers objective reporting to project leadership. The role interfaces with contractors and stakeholders across oil and gas or infrastructure projects in Basra, Iraq.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering project teams through feasibility, conceptual design, Pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design phases. Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, resources, HSSE, quality, technical reviews, client relationships, subcontractors, change control, progress reporting, and project close-out. The role supervises approximately 10–15 personnel and requires strong project controls, contract knowledge, global work-share experience, and oil and gas engineering project management expertise.
