Lead a construction division to meet sales, profitability, and growth goals by directing business development, preconstruction, operations, talent development, and customer relations. Perform all aspects of commercial concrete finishing: pour, level, and finish concrete; build and strip formwork; operate finishing machines; use hand tools and laser leveling to meet specified finishes; maintain safety, train teammates, and communicate with supervisors.
