Staff Accountant supporting accounting operations across multiple construction entities. Responsibilities include month-end and year-end close, journal entries, account and cash reconciliations, credit card transactions, vendor and customer records, tax filings, audits, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, construction industry experience, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Operate shearing and press brake equipment, perform folding and bending of sheet metal, ensure dimensional accuracy and document quality control, follow safety protocols, and learn/operate laser cutters and CNC routers as needed. Communicate with team and work independently or collaboratively.
