Performs daily cash receipt and credit card processing, journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset updates, and monthly accounting schedules. Supports non-patient accounts receivable activities, payment reconciliation, analysis, and adjustments. Assists senior accounting staff and management with general accounting and administrative tasks while ensuring accurate and timely financial close responsibilities.

Manages employee relations matters through investigations, mediation, disciplinary documentation, termination support, and unemployment hearings. Advises employees and supervisors on policies and employment law, collaborates with HRBPs and legal counsel, monitors regulatory changes, updates HR procedures and handbooks, and supports learning and development initiatives.

Manage benefits, retirement, leave, workers’ compensation, and wellness programs. Lead Benefits and Leave of Absence teams, oversee plan administration, audits, enrollments, vendor relationships, open enrollment, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance. Administer FMLA and ADA accommodations, support return-to-work strategies, manage retirement plan audits, and deliver employee benefits training. The role requires benefits administration expertise, supervisory experience, and knowledge of healthcare-related benefits regulations.
