Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and quota achievement. Build relationships with US-based SMB and mid-market customers, position Kenko’s AI-powered platform around business needs, and partner with implementation teams for successful customer launches.

Lead customer data migrations into Kenko by mapping, validating, and correcting data; modify basic Python implementation scripts; improve migration automation; manage client-branded app submissions to Apple App Store and Google Play; create product documentation and training materials; and identify onboarding process improvements while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Own end-to-end SaaS customer implementations from handoff through launch. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, configuring and training users on the platform, managing implementation plans and timelines, resolving risks and blockers, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. The role also develops implementation processes, playbooks, and product feedback while managing multiple customers and priorities.
