Manage and grow client relationships for professional congress and conference services. Lead the account team, provide strategic recommendations, oversee congress budgets and profitability, coordinate internal departments, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality delivery. The role also involves client presentations, ROI communication, team development, and accountability for client and congress-related outcomes.
