Teams at Kenect

Leads planning and execution of multiple technical programs supporting an AI platform. Coordinates engineering and cross-functional teams, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages risks and dependencies, removes blockers, tracks schedules and metrics, and communicates status to leadership. The role also improves program processes, documentation, collaboration, and delivery across distributed teams using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

Provides first-line customer and technical support for Kenect software through phone, email, and text. Responsibilities include troubleshooting account and product issues, password resets, user setup, permissions, billing updates, customer authentication, screen-share guidance, issue triage to Tier 2, and detailed case documentation. The role is onsite in Pleasant Grove, Utah and requires frequent customer interaction, strong communication, organization, and basic web navigation skills.

Owns and improves Salesforce and related business applications, including configuration, automation, CPQ, reporting, dashboards, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, deployment, and user training. Partners with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, deliver technical projects, improve workflows, and explore AI-powered automation. The role requires independent prioritization, technical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and ongoing platform optimization.
