Manage revenue operations across Marketing and Sales by administering Salesforce and Pardot, maintaining data quality, building reports and dashboards, analyzing pipeline and campaign data, and supporting lead generation and marketing automation. The role manages CRM access, workflows, integrations, system deployments, user training, process automation, and third-party Salesforce services while recommending improvements that drive profitable growth.

Serves as the primary customer contact while coordinating supply chain initiatives, forecasting demand, planning inventory and production schedules, and monitoring logistics operations. Develops forecasting models, dashboards, and reports; supports product changes, stakeholder communication, compliance processes, and data-driven operational improvements. Requires experience in material or production scheduling, manufacturing operations, transportation, logistics, or inventory planning.

Manages day-to-day warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory integrity, KPI achievement, staffing, employee development, safety, budgeting, and financial performance. Oversees supervisors and warehouse personnel, analyzes throughput and capacity, implements continuous improvement initiatives, maintains customer inventory controls, supports cross-functional productivity programs, and ensures compliance with company procedures and network best practices.
