Designs, develops, delivers, and administers employee learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended formats. Manages LMS-supported curricula, assessments, surveys, and content libraries; serves as a subject matter expert; coordinates program schedules; mentors employees; and analyzes training data. The role requires strong communication, technical systems expertise, and experience developing soft-skills courses and supporting learning platforms.

Supervises site safety programs for a warehouse and distribution center, including powered industrial truck training, PPE, audits, incident investigations, corrective actions, regulatory reporting, and safety training. Partners with operations to improve safety, investigates quality and customer non-conformances, maintains procedures and audit programs, and analyzes quality data. Supervises up to two trainers and travels up to 25% of the time.

Provides administrative support for a distribution center, including visitor assistance, office supply ordering, mail handling, customer and vendor invoicing, purchase orders, reporting, data entry, audits, communications, meetings, and employee events. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate data entry, communication, attention to detail, and at least two years of clerical experience. No travel is required.
