Deliver on-the-job training for new and existing warehouse employees on processes, equipment (including forklifts and RF scanners), safety, and shipping procedures. Maintain training logs, assist with training materials, perform warehouse duties (picking, packing, loading/unloading), ensure compliance with safety and shipping regulations, support inventory counts, and help keep the site inspection-ready.

Perform inventory control, cycle counts, data entry, and shipping/receiving tasks using warehouse management systems. Maintain shipping documentation, ensure inspection readiness for SQFI/FDA, and support daily audits and inventory reports.

Lead and manage all site warehouse operations including safety, quality, financials, KPIs, P&L, and customer relations. Drive continuous improvement using KOS/Shingo and lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Gemba). Mentor site management, implement strategic initiatives, analyze throughput and capacity, and report performance to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and corporate policy compliance.
