The role supports sales, presents proposals, visits customer sites, coordinates with Real Estate, IT, and HR, and trains others on pricing models, MHE, WMS features, and solution development.

Leads enterprise operational excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste, improve safety, quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. Partners with senior leaders, tracks value creation and ROI, facilitates Hoshin planning, analyzes processes, delivers training, manages organizational change, and mentors teams in continuous improvement methods. The role requires extensive travel and supports consistent implementation of operating standards across locations.
