Provide first-line desktop support for on-site and remote users: troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, and connectivity; deploy and image devices; assist onboarding/offboarding; support productivity tools and conference-room tech; document solutions and follow IT security/process standards. Frequent travel to dealerships within the region required.

Convert design concepts into production-ready digital and print assets, prepping files for print/digital distribution, performing color correction and quality assurance, applying design fundamentals, collaborating with creative teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and continuously improving production workflows and standards. Portfolio required.

Manage marketing projects across dealerships and internal teams, coordinating timelines, budgets, vendors, and asset production. Track and report marketing performance, provide insights to optimize ROI/ROAS, and support Agency Services, Digital, Creative, Media, and regional teams. Own assigned projects end-to-end and maintain stakeholder communication.
