Drives territory growth through hands-on sales, field ride-alongs, community networking, customer presentations, and business reviews. Ensures compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals while supporting agents and partnering with district leadership to improve territory performance.

Directs enterprise internal audit strategy and execution, leading complex assurance and advisory engagements across business functions. Manages and develops audit professionals, assesses controls and risk management, advises executives, identifies emerging risks, and strengthens governance and compliance. Requires insurance or financial services experience, executive communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.
