Conduct field and desk investigations of insurance claims, develop facts and evidence, perform Examinations Under Oath, coordinate with law enforcement and fraud bureaus, prepare reports and recommendations, maintain diaries and contacts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and training requirements.

Support audit team by executing data-driven testing, documenting results, evaluating data quality and internal controls, and recommending improvements. Build analytical skills, communicate testing strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders while gaining foundational audit experience.

Manage assigned litigation matters including developing case strategies, maintaining organized pleadings and memos, timely status reporting to claims handlers, using case management software, responding to correspondence and calls, and aggressively pursuing files referred by Claims. Position requires travel as needed and residency in the Houston, TX area.
