Teams at Kemp Care Center

Lead nursing staff to ensure resident wellbeing: direct care teams, administer medications, implement care plans, perform treatments, transcribe orders, document nursing assessments, educate staff, manage shift reports and maintain safety and infection-control standards.

Provide non-clinical support to residents by assisting nursing staff with tasks like bed-making, meal prep and delivery, laundry, answering call lights, and maintaining clean, safe living areas. Encourage resident participation in activities, observe and report safety or care concerns, and follow company safety, compliance, and documentation procedures to support daily facility operations and resident well-being.
