Owns domestic customer order fulfillment from receipt through delivery across factory, 3PL, and C&F warehouses. Manages returns, transportation, freight costs, customer complaints, documentation, stock accuracy, audits, ERP processes, and delivery performance. Coordinates with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, transporters, and logistics partners. Leads order-processing teams, resolves fulfillment issues, improves logistics processes, and supports SOP development.

Manage B2B sales across the Benelux and DACH regions by prospecting, developing customer accounts, coordinating food technology projects, supporting product applications, and managing distributors. The role uses consultative selling, gathers market intelligence, forecasts sales, sets budgets, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with technical and commercial teams. Travel exceeds 50% of working hours, including customer visits, trade shows, and on-site product implementation support.

Manage treasury operations including daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, banking activities, vendor and statutory payments, forex transactions, working capital facilities, investments, bank reconciliations, and treasury accounting. Prepare treasury MIS and audit schedules while ensuring FEMA compliance and adherence to banking authorization controls.
