Manage production schedules to achieve on-time customer delivery. Analyze sales orders for capacity and material requirements, coordinate with manufacturing and purchasing teams, expedite and prioritize orders with project managers, and lead weekly production planning meetings. The role requires manufacturing experience, strong communication, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee regional accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, consolidation reporting, audits, tax coordination, and IFRS compliance. Maintain financial master data, strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with finance and operational stakeholders on working capital, inventory, ERP changes, and financial analysis while providing guidance to the finance team and leadership.

Supports the Controller in managing accounting and shared services operations, including AP and AR. Oversees financial close, reporting, reconciliations, controls, audits, budgets, forecasts, cash management, and tax compliance. Leads and develops accounting staff, drives process improvements, and partners with FP&A, operational leaders, and global finance teams to provide accurate financial information and support business decisions.
