Lead technology strategy and execution across multi-site retail and wholesale distribution operations. Oversee IT teams, architecture, infrastructure, applications, service desk, POS, ERP, payments, warehouse systems, reporting, cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, budgets, and vendors. Partner with executives and business leaders to modernize platforms, support new store openings, improve performance, and scale technology operations. This hands-on player-coach role requires strong technical expertise, business judgment, and experience leading technology in retail or distribution environments.

Supports daily HR operations across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, HRIS management, compliance, records, performance management, and training. Advises employees and managers on policies and workplace matters, processes bi-weekly payroll, coordinates benefits and leave programs, maintains confidential records, supports audits and investigations, and recommends process improvements. The role works onsite daily and partners closely with the Director of Human Resources.

Manages hands-on IT infrastructure and operations across corporate, warehouse, retail, and hospital environments. Responsibilities include configuring POS systems, supporting new store openings, administering Microsoft 365, servers, networks, endpoints, payment terminals, backups, and security controls. The role provides technical escalation support, manages vendors and IT assets, maintains documentation, supports onboarding and access management, and travels to locations for installations and go-lives.
