Support workers’ compensation defense attorneys by drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence; maintaining case files, medical chronologies, timelines, wage-loss calculations, deadlines, and billing records; coordinating depositions and client communication; filing documents through eJCC; and assisting with trial preparation. The role requires Florida workers’ compensation knowledge, high-volume caseload management, accuracy, organization, and independent remote work.

Manages a high-volume caseload of complex general liability litigation, maintains individual case files, represents clients, develops litigation strategy with an experienced partner, and delivers strong client service. The role requires a Juris Doctorate, Florida bar admission, and at least one to three years of liability practice experience.

Litigate general liability matters, manage a full caseload, work with experienced attorneys, and develop motion practice skills in Florida courts.
