Requires at least three years of litigation or workers compensation experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably Aderant Total Office knowledge.

Defend premises liability, trucking, personal injury, and general liability matters from pleadings through resolution. Responsibilities include managing case dockets, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, advising clients, and collaborating with partners on litigation strategy.

Lead and grow the firm's Auto Liability practice in Dallas or Houston as a profit-sharing Partner. The role involves building and managing a legal team, developing business, servicing and expanding an existing client base, and collaborating with the Auto Liability Division Chair. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, driven, and high-performing, with substantial Auto Liability experience.
