Develop and document manufacturing plans, procedures, and step-by-step models for complex parts and assemblies. Support project managers, troubleshoot manufacturing and automation issues, manage BOMs in ERP, drive LEAN and cGMP practices, assist supplier evaluation, equipment pricing, installations, and deliver customer presentations.

Lead and oversee multiple NPI projects from proposal through delivery: manage budgets, schedules, technical oversight, customer interfaces and presentations, ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Manage multiple manufacturing and engineering projects: control budgets and schedules, provide technical oversight, interface with customers, assist proposals, and ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Plan and structure manufacturing sequences and bills of materials in an ERP system; create parts and equipment lists; coordinate with departments and customers; support budgeting, cost initiatives, and compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Perform accounts payable duties including entering and three-way matching vendor invoices to POs and receiving, reconciling vendor statements, resolving invoice discrepancies with cross-functional teams, supporting process improvements, and assisting on special projects.

Supervise and coordinate daily assembly operations with the Production Manager, ensure schedules, quality, and safety compliance, troubleshoot assembly issues, manage materials and ERP/MRP reporting, implement continuous improvements, and support training and staffing resolution.
