The Workup & Settlement Attorney manages settlement-eligible cases, guiding clients through offers, collaborating with case management, and improving processes.

Lead and improve the firms docketing operations: manage docketing strategy and team, audit cases, ensure accurate date calculations and e-filing across federal and state systems, develop policies and metrics, interact with courts and vendors, and provide quality control and reporting to attorneys and Litigation Support.

The Associate will engage in phases of mass tort litigation, including analyzing claims, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and collaborating on trial preparations.
