Generates revenue through prospecting, inside sales, account growth, customer relationship management, product quoting, and consultative selling of technical products and solutions. The role manages customer complaints, tracks Salesforce activity, develops account strategies, meets sales quotas, follows pricing guidelines, and expands customer spending through proactive calls and solution recommendations.

Develops customer insights, personas, buying behavior maps, value propositions, messaging, brand playbooks, and activation recommendations. Leads cross-functional brand initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurement, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Analytics to strengthen customer connection, brand consistency, and business growth.

Develops and maintains data architectures, databases, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, migrations, stored procedures, replication, and data governance processes. Collaborates with analytics teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and enable business intelligence, reporting, and predictive modeling. Maintains data infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments while improving performance, reliability, quality, and CI/CD practices.
