Drive cross-functional teams, track progress, manage risks, and report outcomes to executives and board. Ensure value realization and post-implementation reviews.

Support hub-and-spoke distribution by evaluating shortages, making sourcing recommendations, executing purchase orders and inter-branch transfers, monitoring dropship orders, maintaining inventory health, coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders, and developing/tracking KPIs to ensure on-time delivery and efficient network fulfillment.

Generate revenue and grow existing accounts by prospecting, conducting sales calls, presenting solutions, managing Salesforce data, meeting sales quotas, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize account value.
