Manage daily office operations and employee experience for the Miami office: maintain facilities and supplies, greet visitors, coordinate events and vendors, provide administrative support to leaders, and assist with proposal and contract administration in Deltek Vantagepoint as a secondary responsibility.

Provide front‑desk and office management to create a welcoming, organized workplace; support VPs and project teams administratively; manage vendors, supplies, events, mail, and facilities; assist with proposal, contract, and Deltek Vantagepoint administrative tasks.

Manage and maintain all construction project documentation and EDMS processes. Ensure version control, transmittals, logs, and compliance; track workflows and revisions; support audits and project closeout; mentor junior staff and implement document control best practices to support project teams.
