The Controller manages full-cycle accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, audits, and tax support. The role serves as the organization’s Deltek Vantagepoint accounting subject matter expert, analyzes financial performance, improves processes, and supports executive decision-making. It also leads accounting coordination across project management, operations, HR, and executive teams while helping scale the accounting function.

The role serves as the Deltek Vantagepoint financial systems expert, analyzes financial performance, supports executive decision-making, and improves accounting processes. Responsibilities also include collaborating across departments, documenting procedures, cross-training staff, and helping scale the accounting function.

Manage the Miami office experience by maintaining organized facilities, welcoming visitors, stocking supplies, coordinating events, handling vendors and deliveries, and providing administrative support. Assist with scheduling, meetings, proposals, contracts, and project administration using Microsoft Office and Deltek Vantagepoint. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, discretion, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
