Supervise fabrication operations and lead a manufacturing team producing fitness equipment. Maintain quality standards, meet production timelines, troubleshoot technical issues, enforce policies and procedures, and coach employees. The role requires CNC programming, laser equipment knowledge, Lean Manufacturing expertise, decisive problem-solving, and effective communication. The position works Monday through Friday on a 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. shift, with extended hours and some Saturdays based on business needs.

Manage a designated sales territory with a $3 million annual revenue goal. Responsibilities include customer engagement, sales forecasting, and business performance analysis.
