Leads a team of 5–8 software engineers, overseeing delivery, technical direction, architecture, mentoring, performance, and career development. Partners with product leadership to align engineering priorities with business goals, drives technical excellence and reliable delivery, facilitates technical decisions and code reviews, and fosters an inclusive, supportive team culture. Hands-on coding is optional.

Reviews and validates partner purchase orders against Salesforce quotes, processes orders, links them to accounts and contracts, sends confirmations, and maintains organized audit records. The role identifies discrepancies, collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and supports accurate revenue recognition within the SaaS order-to-cash process.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the DACH region, from prospecting through closing, for organizations with 5,000–25,000 employees. Build C-level relationships, manage pipelines and forecasts, develop outbound opportunities, collaborate with SDRs and partner teams, and drive strategic growth. Act as a trusted advisor on SaaS-based enterprise data protection and cyber resilience solutions.
