Teams at Keeper Security, Inc.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for employees, workstations, mobile devices, identity systems, networks, and office infrastructure. Installs and maintains hardware, servers, switches, cabling, and endpoint management systems; troubleshoots access, connectivity, and software issues; supports onboarding, asset management, vendors, documentation, and IT projects. The role is an on-site technical resource requiring occasional after-hours support, hardware handling, and mentorship of Tier 1 staff.

Partners with leaders and employees across global teams on employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, HR transactions, workforce planning, organizational changes, and HR operations. Manages investigations, terminations, employment agreements, HRIS data, payroll coordination, workforce analytics, policies, and international employment practices. Builds scalable HR processes and collaborates with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and EOR/PEO partners.

Drive new business in the DACH region through outbound prospecting and full sales-cycle management. Conduct demos, manage pipeline in Salesforce, close deals to meet quotas, and act as product expert for Keeper’s PAM/IAM solutions while engaging German- and English-speaking customers.
