Supports the Product department by translating and localizing technical, UI, documentation, help, and marketing content from English into Brazilian Portuguese. Performs translation quality assurance, maintains glossaries and style guides, collaborates with product and engineering teams, assists with Portuguese training materials, and provides feedback to improve source content localizability.

Leads operational improvement initiatives for the Implementation organization by analyzing and validating data, identifying process gaps, managing projects, gathering requirements, and coordinating cross-functional solutions. Develops reports, documentation, training materials, and scalable processes; tracks risks, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to improve implementation efficiency, adoption, and operational maturity using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Jira.

Drives new SMB business through cold outreach, lead generation, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, pipeline development, proposal reviews, and contract management. Builds prospect relationships, schedules meetings, exceeds sales quotas, maintains accurate Salesforce activity, and stays current on Keeper cybersecurity products.
