Processes high-volume payroll and personnel paperwork, enters and updates employee information in Lawson Payroll, manages deductions and tax data, validates documentation, handles regular and off-cycle payroll actions, researches payroll issues, and supports payroll staff with filing and customer inquiries.

Develops and executes strategic communications, branding, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Creates and edits web, email, social media, presentation, and report content; coordinates multimedia production; ensures communications meet quality and compliance standards; evaluates campaign effectiveness; and collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to achieve communication goals.

Provide Tier II deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple workstations, business applications, printers, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and user access. Diagnose and remediate hardware and software issues, deploy workstations using SCCM, administer Active Directory, manage incidents and service requests, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.
