Produces multimedia content for U.S. House offices, specializing in videography, photography, video editing, and motion graphics. Consults with customers and stakeholders, develops concepts, supports communications and branding campaigns, delivers social media content, and participates in high-profile projects. The role uses Adobe Creative Cloud tools, assists with training, contributes to standards and process improvements, and works onsite with elected officials, staff, and cross-functional teams.

Support DEA IT governance and CPIC by managing IT portfolio lifecycle, conducting organizational analysis, preparing executive briefings, performing risk and performance analyses, and facilitating stakeholder engagements to align technology investments with mission and federal requirements.

Provide onsite administrative, logistical, and customer service support to the House Customer Experience Center during the transition into the 120th Congress. Duties include preparing Member-elect briefing materials, coordinating volunteer programs and trainings, entering and researching Helix tickets, supporting passport and space management operations, maintaining Member-elect profiles, and assisting with office setup briefings and quality control.
