Provide Tier I on-site IT support to U.S. Senate offices: diagnose and resolve routine software, hardware, and network issues, document incidents in ticketing systems, perform basic account tasks and device setup, escalate complex problems, and maintain security-conscious user support and knowledge-base documentation.

Manage and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Create and maintain project documentation and reports, lead meetings, assign tasks, monitor progress, assess risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and produce executive-level project reporting using PMBOK and Agile practices.
