Leads strategic and operational management of KEEN’s international distributor business. Owns distributor relationships, performance reporting, inventory and at-once order strategies, market expansion planning, and cross-functional initiatives. Analyzes sales, inventory, forecast, profitability, and market data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions. Partners with leadership and global stakeholders to evaluate new markets, distributors, and marketplaces while improving operational execution and commercial outcomes. Represents the international distributor team in internal meetings and presentations.

Owns payroll accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, payroll liabilities, financial reporting, and close support. The role supports audits, payroll tax filings, controls, process improvements, and UKG and SAP HANA implementations. It partners across Payroll, Accounting, Benefits, Finance, and technical teams to resolve discrepancies, improve integrations, and ensure accurate payroll-related financial reporting.

Provides phone, email, and live chat support to deliver exceptional fan experiences. Answers product questions, assists with orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, offers technical guidance, identifies revenue opportunities, resolves complex situations empathetically, and suggests process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, product knowledge, and flexibility in a remote, fast-paced environment.
