Leads KEEN’s global footwear product development organization from concept through commercialization. Establishes development standards, technical capabilities, operating processes, and talent strategies while overseeing construction, materials, tooling, fit, testing, quality, cost, manufacturability, and factory partnerships. Partners with product, design, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to improve product integrity, speed, margin, quality, and commercialization outcomes. Drives continuous improvement, innovation validation, organizational development, and global cross-functional alignment.

Leads North American FP&A strategy, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance analysis, and financial modeling across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. Partners with executives to identify risks, opportunities, profitability improvements, pricing and margin strategies, and resource allocation actions. Oversees financial planning processes, aligns regional and global finance activities, and manages and mentors finance professionals.

Leads global operations and end-to-end supply chain strategy across manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, logistics, planning, product development operations, technology platforms, and business transformation. Oversees enterprise-wide teams, drives digital transformation and operational excellence, manages financial and operational performance, strengthens supply chain resilience, and aligns global functions with corporate growth objectives. Develops senior talent, leads organizational change, and partners with executive leadership across regions and business units.
