Manage purchase orders, subcontracts, vendor relationships, shipment tracking, procurement records, and vendor performance. The intern will use business data, reporting tools, and AI technologies to support data-driven decision-making and streamline workflows.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President, managing calendars, travel, meetings, communications, presentations, scorecards, special projects, and leadership follow-up. The role coordinates executive priorities, tracks initiatives and performance metrics, facilitates cross-departmental collaboration, improves administrative workflows, and handles confidential information with discretion.
