Provide bilingual phone and ticket-based technical support for building automation and energy management systems. Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting issues remotely; coordinate third-party onsite personnel; interpret system data; monitor installations; and prepare recommendations to improve energy use, asset efficiency, and system performance. The role requires native Spanish, advanced English, flexible 24/7 availability, reliable remote-work infrastructure, and clear communication with nontechnical customers.
