The Career Advisor provides career counseling and readiness support to students across Kean University campuses. Responsibilities include managing student caseloads, coordinating and delivering internship courses, advising on internships and employment, presenting career competency programs, collaborating with employers, faculty, and administrators, and supporting hiring initiatives. The role requires travel among campuses and off-campus sites, along with evening and weekend availability.

The Learning Design Technologist leads and supports learning platforms, researches and tests educational technologies, assists with LMS operations, and contributes to online course and learning experience design. The role provides faculty and student support, collaborates with instructional designers and leadership, offers technical guidance, and helps shape online learning experiences. It requires travel and a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Manages strategic initiatives, cross-functional programs, external partnerships, and pre-college programming for a university division. Conducts research, develops proposals, oversees administrative operations, and supports international delegations and activities involving Wenzhou-Kean University in China. The role includes project planning, logistics, reporting, partnership development, and support for the Chancellor’s Office. Travel, international assignments, and evening or weekend work may be required.
