Owns campus recruiting, entry-level hiring, and end-to-end onboarding. Responsibilities include recruiting and interviewing candidates, managing university relationships, attending career fairs, coordinating interviews, facilitating orientation, supporting HR administration and employee relations, maintaining BambooHR records, assisting with events and vendors, and supporting employment-law compliance.

Performs all aspects of business valuation and appraisal, primarily for midstream energy clients. Collaborates on complex valuation issues, develops industry expertise, networks with clients and industries, and supports junior valuation professionals. Responsibilities include managing multiple assignments, prioritizing tasks, solving problems, communicating effectively, and planning and executing valuation projects in a fast-paced team environment.

Supports sales and use tax consulting engagements by researching tax issues, identifying savings opportunities, responding to clients and tax authorities, reviewing documentation, manipulating data, drafting filings, and maintaining project files and deadlines. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong communication and proofreading skills, adaptability, and occasional travel to client locations to collect records.
