Improves manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality, and process consistency through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, Lean and Six Sigma projects. Reduces downtime, waste, and variation; analyzes production data; collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering; and implements process, equipment, and best-practice improvements on the production floor.

Manage global income tax provision activities under ASC 740 and oversee U.S. federal and state corporate tax compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing current and deferred taxes, foreign tax reporting, tax reconciliations, disclosures, effective tax rate analysis, return-to-provision adjustments, and acquisition-related purchase accounting. The role partners with international finance teams, auditors, advisors, and controllership while improving tax processes, internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness.

Coordinates new product launches from project brief through first production. Manages timelines, forecasts, materials, quotes, tooling, line trials, documentation, stakeholder communication, customer updates, and final product handoff. Ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget while coordinating production, engineering, quality, finance, scheduling, research and development, and customer operations teams. Supports production-floor activities and maintains accurate project tracking and confidential information.
