Owns the end-to-end production of investment collateral, coordinating Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and external vendors. Leads quarterly production cycles, manages timelines, approvals, version control, workflows, and delivery quality. Identifies risks and bottlenecks, improves processes, and introduces scalable tools, templates, automation, and standards. This individual contributor role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, regulatory content review experience, and familiarity with investment materials.

Partners with business development leaders to acquire and manage high-net-worth clients. Provides investment advisory, financial planning, estate and tax planning, customized investment proposals, portfolio reviews, asset allocation recommendations, and proactive client communication. Supports referral-based business development through prospect meetings and custodian-sponsored events while delivering personalized wealth management services.

Partners with the Business Development Officer to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships. Provides investment advisory, financial planning, estate and tax planning, customized investment proposals, asset allocation recommendations, portfolio reviews, and proactive client communication. Supports new business development through prospect meetings and custodian-sponsored events while delivering a personalized client experience.
