Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and continuous improvement of a content-rich digital platform and website. Translate business needs into requirements, manage vendors and Agile releases, coordinate testing and deployments, and oversee website administration. Lead data governance, search, SEO/GEO, analytics, user engagement, and platform content management. Support AWS, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, access controls, identity administration, operational support, issue triage, and stakeholder communication.

Drives regional fragrance sales growth, manages key retail partnerships, and develops promotional strategies. Designs and delivers product, brand, and sales training for Beauty Advisors and staff, oversees temporary recruitment, sets team goals, and evaluates performance. Contributes to budgets, strategic planning, market analysis, product feedback, and global alignment. Requires extensive travel across KAYALI markets and fluency in English, Spanish, and French.

Leads sales growth and education initiatives for KAYALI’s Toronto and Americas markets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing key retail relationships, overseeing Beauty Advisor recruitment, designing and delivering training, monitoring team performance, supporting budgets and strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and sharing customer insights. The role requires extensive travel, multilingual communication, fragrance industry expertise, and experience working within Sephora.
