Manage UK and European specialty retail and e-commerce accounts, owning sales plans, retailer relationships, forecasts, budgets, launches, assortment, promotions, and performance analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver commercial targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, inventory, availability, and promotional results while developing recommendations and improving reporting tools.

Supports growth marketing across performance, affiliate, creator, organic search, and sampling initiatives for a global D2C fragrance business. Responsibilities include campaign setup and optimisation, agency and creator programme coordination, SEO and AI discoverability improvements, performance tracking, reporting, budget pacing, testing, product launches, and cross-functional campaign execution.

Owns the global eCommerce product backlog and supports Shopify storefront operations. Translates business and customer needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; coordinates UX, marketing, content, engineering, and agency partners; manages delivery risks, releases, UAT, and post-release improvements. Maintains product information, collections, landing pages, navigation, promotions, campaigns, and launches while supporting Shopify apps and platform functionality.
