Support imaging services by creating and reviewing orders in the RIS, performing EKGs and Holter monitor setup, preparing CDs, faxing reports, transporting patients, managing supplies, maintaining infection control, posting EKG charges, and notifying physicians of abnormal results. Perform clerical duties to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and workflow; assist technologists and follow up on unclear orders.

Provides clinical leadership and patient care oversight for an oncology unit. Assigns staff, manages patient flow, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, mentors nurses, coordinates emergency care, monitors compliance, promotes patient advocacy, and serves as the unit leadership representative when managers are unavailable.

Oversees daily operations of an assigned clinical laboratory section, including staffing, testing, quality control, regulatory compliance, method development, inventory, and staff training. Performs complex clinical laboratory analyses across specialties such as chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunology, immunohematology, and point-of-care testing. Evaluates procedures, maintains competence, supports performance management, and ensures accurate and timely reporting of results.
