The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care including medication management, education, oversight of pharmacy technicians, and collaboration with healthcare teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Provide 340B program regulatory oversight across contract pharmacies: audit compliance, identify deficiencies, run and analyze 340B reports, validate patient/purchasing/billing records, support OPA and manufacturer audits, visit contract sites, and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions to maximize compliant 340B revenue.

Perform clinical laboratory testing across Chemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Immunohematology, and Hematology; operate and maintain instruments; prepare and process human samples; perform QC and quality improvement procedures; maintain reagent inventory; train/orient staff and students; implement and validate new methods; report results in the LIS under supervision of the Section Chief.
