Provides emergency department support to nursing and medical staff by assessing patients, recording vital signs and cardiac rhythms, performing CPR during emergencies, transporting patients, conducting ECGs, applying splints, preparing wounds and exam rooms, assisting with examinations and specimen collection, and documenting care in the ED management system.

Assists the Nurse Manager with unit operations, staffing, patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, staff competency, recruitment, retention, education, and performance oversight. Monitors patient care quality and satisfaction, supports interdisciplinary communication, ensures appropriate staffing resources, mentors employees, and advocates for patients and families. This is an interim temporary, full-time evening position working four 10-hour shifts weekly.

The Clinical Pharmacist at Kaweah Health provides pharmaceutical care, oversees medication use, trains pharmacy staff, and collaborates in patient management across inpatient and outpatient settings.
