Provides clinical risk management support across hospital departments by investigating patient safety concerns, complaints, grievances, and occurrences. Reviews medical records, identifies risk trends, coordinates regulatory reporting and DHS visits, supports staff education, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with patient safety, quality improvement, medical staff, managers, patients, and families. Requires a California RN license and at least two years of acute-care hospital experience.

Provides urgent care as a licensed physician assistant under physician supervision. Oversees daily operations of an assigned clinical laboratory section, including staffing, testing, quality control, regulatory compliance, method development, inventory, and staff training. Performs complex clinical laboratory analyses across specialties such as chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunology, immunohematology, and point-of-care testing. Evaluates procedures, maintains competence, supports performance management, and ensures accurate and timely reporting of results.

Serve as unit clinical leader and primary resource for staff on Med/Surg Oncology unit. Oversee patient and staff flow, assign and support nursing staff, coordinate care in emergent situations, mentor and orient staff, ensure regulatory compliance, perform audits, and provide direct patient care as needed.

The CT Technologist operates CT procedures, ensuring patient safety, quality imaging, and effective communication with physicians. Responsibilities include equipment operation, patient care, and compliance with safety standards.

The Charge Nurse oversees operations, provides leadership and clinical support, manages patient care, and advocates for staff and patients.

Prepares and assists with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures, maintaining sterile technique, operating imaging and hemodynamic equipment, monitoring patients, documenting procedures, ensuring radiation safety, and supporting EP or IT functions when assigned.

Oversee risk assessments, investigations, audits, physician contracting compliance, policy development, training, and reporting to the Board, CEO, and committees. Supervise compliance staff and coordinate with legal, HR, and clinical departments to remediate issues and maintain reporting channels.

The RN Case Manager assesses, plans, coordinates care, and advocates for patient services to promote quality outcomes in healthcare delivery.

Provide bedside vascular access surveillance, maintenance, education, and quality monitoring within LVN scope. Support IV care standardization, perform dressing changes and tubing management, assist with ultrasound-guided PIVs, collect and analyze surveillance data, escalate clinical issues, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to reduce CLABSI and improve vascular access outcomes.

Provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and leadership for at-risk non-critical and crisis patients as Rapid Response Team leader. Mobilize multidisciplinary resources, perform advanced critical-care interventions, document interventions, debrief and educate bedside staff, participate in quality improvement, and respond to Code Blue/Sepsis/Trauma/Stroke alerts. Serve as resource and perform rounds, impact nursing duties across critical care areas, and assist with scheduling, data collection, and staff education.

Provide clinical education by assessing staff learning needs, designing and delivering orientation, in‑service and continuing education, monitoring competencies, maintaining records, updating policies/procedures, supporting unit-based competency fairs and PI projects, and providing direct patient care as assigned. Collaborate with leadership and the Director of Clinical Education to ensure staff competence and regulatory compliance.
