Provide on-site administrative support to the Entrepreneurial Services team, including travel coordination, calendar and appointment management, expense reconciliation, drafting engagement letters, client onboarding, filing/scanning, shipping management, billing assistance, and front-desk coverage as needed. Fast-paced, office-based role in Miami, five days/week with periodic overtime.

Lead tax compliance and consulting for individual and non-individual clients: review tax returns, research complex tax issues, communicate with tax authorities, assist in planning, manage and mentor staff, and drive business development.

Prepare Form 1040 individual tax returns, handle multi-state filings, incorporate K-3 and international disclosures, prepare FBAR and Form 8938, use SurePrep/GoSystem/CCH Axcess and Excel, maintain audit-ready documentation, stay current on tax law, and support cross-functional teams during peak periods.
