Prepares and reviews federal, state, and local partnership tax returns, workpapers, Schedule K-1s, investor reporting, estimates, and extensions for private equity funds and investment partnerships. Supports tax planning, research, compliance, and identification of tax issues and savings opportunities. Collaborates with senior professionals to meet client deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, manage multiple engagements, and deliver high-quality client service.

Assists with preparing financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, supporting schedules, schedules of investments, and audit deliverables for hedge and private equity funds. Reviews reports for accuracy and completeness, performs year-over-year comparisons, coordinates with operational teams, follows SOPs and internal controls, maintains working files, meets reporting deadlines, and contributes to process improvements.

Manages tax compliance and consulting engagements, reviews individual and non-individual returns, researches complex tax issues, communicates with tax authorities, supports planning, develops client relationships, mentors staff, and contributes to business development.
