Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and correspondence; researching employment law; analyzing records; representing clients in court and administrative proceedings; participating in depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials; working with experts; and maintaining client relationships.

Represents domestic and international insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategies, conducting legal research, analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage advice and litigation documents, participating in arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and settlements, and interacting with clients. The attorney must demonstrate strong writing, communication, organizational, analytical, and project-management skills while working independently and collaboratively.
