Teams at Katmai

Assists the Site Manager with daily facility and contract operations supporting military training activities. Supervises personnel, maintains accountability for vehicles and equipment, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, addresses client concerns, and monitors scope, quality, schedules, and budgets. Coordinates with government, military, and contractor personnel while supporting logistics, training equipment readiness, documentation, and site protocols.

Conducts Infantry Immersion Training planning, exercise and scenario design, TTP development, event observation, performance assessment, and after-action reviews. Supports Marine Corps training objectives by linking individual and collective tasks to training requirements, advising commanders, and recommending corrective actions. Requires military doctrine expertise, combat arms knowledge, scenario development experience, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. Work occurs in office, military training, and outdoor environments with occasional travel under 10%.

Portrays assigned cultural, civilian, military, or opposing-force roles during realistic U.S. military training exercises. Remains in character, follows scripted or improvised scenarios, uses required equipment and vehicles, follows security and safety procedures, and may participate in weapons handling, tactical field operations, and simulated combat situations. Requires language fluency, cultural knowledge, physical capability, military installation access, and schedule flexibility. Work is part-time, on-call, mission-based, with travel up to 10%.
