Creates digital, print, event, social media, web, advertising, keynote, and branding assets that support Kaseya’s marketing and business goals. Collaborates with marketing, product, events, senior creatives, and stakeholders; maintains brand consistency; solves visual communication challenges; ensures quality and attention to detail; and applies current design trends and tools across multiple projects.

Leads Kaseya’s global events program management function, overseeing portfolio strategy, governance, planning, budgets, vendors, technology, reporting, and cross-functional execution. Manages flagship conferences, regional events, executive programs, customer and partner events, and sales kickoffs. Builds scalable operating standards, leads event program managers, coordinates global stakeholders, tracks KPIs and ROI, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting. Use calls, email, social selling, AI tools, and Salesforce to connect with prospects, book discovery meetings, revive dormant leads, and support Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, learn Kaseya’s solutions, maintain accurate records, and consistently meet activity and SQL targets.
