Teams at Karya

Supports Karya’s founders and Chief of Staff across fundraising, donor research, client outreach, storytelling, presentations, events, scheduling, travel logistics, and administrative work. The role also builds documentation, SOPs, and internal systems while maintaining institutional memory and coordinating cross-functional priorities. Success requires polished writing, strong organization, sound judgment, resourcefulness, initiative, and comfort working across ambiguous, rapidly changing responsibilities.

Build and manage institutional partnerships across agriculture, health, education, and legal access. Responsibilities include researching and onboarding partners and domain experts, managing partnership pipelines, delivering training and orientation, coordinating technology, operations, and ground teams, troubleshooting on-ground technology issues, tracking outcomes, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time.

Designs and runs AI evaluations end to end, including benchmark and rubric development, model deployment, statistical analysis, bias and error evaluation, human judgment validation, evaluation pipelines, leaderboards, and technical reporting across multilingual, speech, language, agentic, and multimodal AI systems.
