Build and maintain scalable backend or full-stack healthcare software, from requirements through deployment and maintenance. Design reliable databases, cloud infrastructure, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and HITRUST while making high-impact technical decisions in an early-stage startup environment.

Own healthcare product definition from discovery through launch and iteration. Define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, ship MVPs, align engineering, clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders, and navigate interoperability across EHRs, payer systems, and other healthcare data sources. Make decisive, data-informed decisions, translate technical constraints into product tradeoffs, and communicate product direction through workflows, prototypes, PRDs, and user stories.

Own frontend architecture and user experience for complex healthcare web applications. Build React and TypeScript design systems, custom state and data-fetching solutions, clinical workflows, accessible interfaces, and high-coverage tests. Collaborate with backend teams on FastAPI contracts, authorization, feature flags, HIPAA/PHI safeguards, performance, and production quality.
