Own E45’s UK and Ireland brand strategy, annual planning, P&L, innovation, integrated marketing campaigns, and commercial performance. The role uses consumer, shopper, and category insights to drive growth across digital, retail, e-commerce, and healthcare professional channels. Responsibilities include managing budgets and agencies, measuring campaign ROI, coordinating product launches, and collaborating with sales, finance, supply chain, medical, regulatory, and international teams.

Processes supplier invoices, purchase requisitions, three-way matching, outgoing payments, account reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-ups. Supports month-end and year-end close, including accruals, while responding to supplier and stakeholder queries. Ensures compliance with accounting controls and policies and contributes to process improvements and digitalization initiatives.

Owns execution of the Value Creation Plan and major cross-functional, international transformation programs. The role establishes governance, tracks financial impact, builds and leads the PMO and project management capability, and drives organizational change. It partners with executives, board members, investors, consultants, and functional leaders while managing risks, dependencies, reporting, and knowledge transfer.
