Responsibilities include managing order fulfillment, inventory, forecasts, S&OP support, product lifecycle and stock clearance activities, KPI performance, data analysis, and process improvements. The role builds customer and 3PL relationships while improving product availability, service levels, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Owns brand strategy and growth across the DACH region, translating global strategy into local marketing plans, omnichannel campaigns, product launches, and commercial activations. Responsibilities include analyzing market and performance data, managing budgets and agencies, developing sales and point-of-sale materials, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also supports customer meetings and trade events and requires fluent German and English plus 15–25% regional travel.
