Provide administrative support across HR functions including record keeping, HRIS and payroll data entry, benefits administration, compliance audits, COBRA administration, wage garnishments, payroll processing, safety program support, and responding to general HR inquiries.

Field-based sales role responsible for prospecting and developing new event business for brewpubs. Build relationships with corporate clients, hotels, and event planners; manage pipeline and CRM; coordinate with operations and marketing to execute events and meet revenue goals.

Supports daily brewpub operations under the GM/Senior Brewpub Manager: executes service standards, coaches and trains crew, leads shifts, handles guest issues, completes audits, assists with inventory, invoices and payroll, maintains safety and cleanliness, and enforces company policies to drive guest satisfaction and operational consistency.

Work a defined territory to grow on- and off-premise accounts for Karl Strauss and partner brands by selling into new and existing accounts, supporting deliveries and reps, coordinating events and POS, diagnosing basic draft issues, and attaining Server Level Cicerone certification within 90 days.
