Leads the KARL LAGERFELD JEANS design team and oversees seasonal men’s, women’s, and denim collections. Responsibilities include trend research, creative direction, graphics and prints, product innovation, technical packs, fittings, supplier collaboration, quality and costing oversight, and collection delivery. The role balances creative vision with commercial objectives, mentors designers, coordinates cross-functional teams, and integrates emerging AI design tools.

Drives commercial performance through data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Analyzes sales, profitability, inventory, operations, products, channels, markets, and customers. Partners with Commercial, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Operations, and senior leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, improve reporting, maintain data quality, and support strategic decisions and business transformation initiatives.

Acts as a trusted HR partner to headquarters leaders and employees, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance management, employment law, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Supports organizational change, HR projects, policy implementation, and consistent employee experiences while advising stakeholders across cultures and business functions.
