Supports wholesale operations, partner requests, order entry, sales appointments, seasonal sales campaigns, showroom activities, logistics, key account marketing activations, and internal reporting. The intern analyzes deliveries, stock, orders, and fashion business trends while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, analytical, Excel, and French and English language skills.

Manage end-to-end wholesale and marketplace outbound operations, including inventory, seasonal orderbooks, pricing, promotions, customer service, shipping, and sales reporting. Coordinate information flow across sales, production, merchandising, finance, and logistics to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Analyze operational data, troubleshoot issues, challenge reporting accuracy, and implement process improvements. Serve as a key customer and sales-team contact while optimizing service quality and operational efficiency.

Supports accounts payable and finance administration by maintaining vendor records, reviewing and recording invoices, preparing payments, reconciling bank and vendor statements, researching discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial documentation. The intern also assists with financial reconciliations and other finance projects while ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and deadlines.
