The Sales Manager will develop and sell AutoStore solutions in the DACH region, manage sales projects, build customer relationships, and create innovative sales strategies.

Coordinate and support customer-facing events, demos, trade shows, webinars, and Experience Lab activities. Manage logistics, prepare and stage materials, maintain demo readiness, track inventory, assist with HubSpot lead nurturing and Monday.com campaign records, and support post-event follow-up to ensure consistent, branded customer experiences.

Manage AutoStore projects from contract to final acceptance, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with sales and leading project teams.
