Manage software delivery for warehouse automation projects in Tokyo. Define WES functionality, lead customer requirements workshops through signoff, coordinate internal teams and clients, provide technical guidance, support testing and deployment, resolve software issues, and maintain project documentation. The role requires strong WMS and intralogistics expertise, collaboration with product and project teams, and approximately 20%–30% travel to project sites.

Manage AutoStore after-sales projects across EMEA, ensuring smooth Sales-to-service transitions, high customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, contract negotiation, change-request implementation, quoting and service marketing, and developing additional services based on service reports. Frequent customer contact and ~40% travel required.

Lead Kardex Mlog’s U.S. market entry and Systems Business establishment. Own P&L, develop and execute go-to-market strategy, build a profitable sales pipeline, secure strategic customer projects, and establish the initial local team and operating capabilities. Leverage the existing Kardex AutoStore organization, develop customer relationships, lead talent, and contribute to international expansion and overall growth strategy.
