Lead large, complex implementation projects from sales handover to final acceptance, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, provide strategic sales input, manage finances and change orders, mentor PMs, improve tools/processes, and ensure governance and operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Lead software requirements, specification and implementation for AutoStore/WMS/WES projects. Run customer workshops, act as single IT contact, coordinate development teams and 3rd parties, support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support. Travel to sites ~20–30%.

Manage AutoStore projects from contract to final acceptance. Support sales-to-implementation transition, liaise with customers, propose and negotiate solutions, optimize project finances, set up implementation and lean project organizations, develop templates/standards, and train/onboard staff. Support regional colleagues and service phase. High regional travel.
