Manage software delivery for warehouse automation projects in Tokyo. Define WES functionality, lead customer requirements workshops through signoff, coordinate internal teams and clients, provide technical guidance, support testing and deployment, resolve software issues, and maintain project documentation. Own P&L, develop and execute go-to-market strategy, build a profitable sales pipeline, secure strategic customer projects, and establish the initial local team and operating capabilities. Leverage the existing Kardex AutoStore organization, develop customer relationships, lead talent, and contribute to international expansion and overall growth strategy.
