Provides technical support to issuer and merchant partners by managing tickets, troubleshooting REST APIs and database issues, investigating transaction discrepancies, validating reports, supporting onboarding and configuration, testing product releases, and escalating documented issues. The role uses Zendesk, Postman, MongoDB, Databricks, and internal tools while improving workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support to Sales and internal teams using SQL, Databricks/Count, and spreadsheets. Clarify requirements, investigate discrepancies, resolve basic data issues, support routine data operations, and create reusable queries/reports and documentation to enable self-service.

Designs and builds scalable backend services for transaction matching, offer ingestion, rewards pipelines, APIs, and partner integrations. Owns features through discovery, implementation, testing, rollout, and documentation. Participates in on-call and incident response, improves reliability and observability, mentors engineers, contributes to architecture, and leads cross-functional technical initiatives. The role uses Go, TypeScript, Postgres, MongoDB, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and AI-assisted development tools.
