Prospect for upsell and new-business opportunities through cold calling, email, social media, and other outbound channels. Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls for Account Executives, achieve daily activity and sales targets, maintain CRM records, understand customer needs, nurture relationships, monitor market trends, and use AI tools to improve outbound sales processes.

The AppSec Engineer will enhance security practices across development, assess AI-driven security risks, and collaborate with teams to embed security in processes while maintaining delivery speed.

Partner with accounting firms to design and optimize workflows in Karbon. Lead or support end-to-end implementations, including discovery, configuration, onboarding, training, milestone management, change management, and adoption. Provide practical accounting-firm workflow guidance, facilitate customer workshops, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI tools to improve template design, documentation, and workflow optimization.
