The Senior AI Engineer will design AI systems, develop machine learning applications, contribute to AI production processes, and collaborate with teams to enhance product efficiency.

Investigate and resolve customer support cases and escalations by reproducing issues, debugging code, analyzing logs and databases, identifying root causes, and delivering reliable fixes. Collaborate with engineers, QA, product, and support teams while learning the codebase, development practices, testing, deployments, and architecture. Use AI tools thoughtfully, build engineering skills, and gradually take ownership of more complex problems and feature development.

Designs and develops self-paced learning experiences, videos, microlearning, job aids, in-product guidance, assessments, and go-to-market education for Karbon Academy. Owns content from needs analysis and scenario design through storyboarding, AI-assisted production, quality review, publishing, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and subject matter experts while analyzing learner, feedback, and product usage data. Also supports LMS administration, reporting, learner inquiries, and certification badging.
