Support subscription billing operations, including recurring invoices, account adjustments, billing inquiries, refunds, credits, and discrepancy resolution. Maintain accurate customer and subscription records in Zuora and Salesforce, perform reconciliation and data cleanup, follow billing procedures, and collaborate with Customer Support, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Accounting teams. The role requires timely customer communication, strong attention to detail, and accurate handling of financial data.

Supports month-end close, journal entries, account and cash reconciliations, accounts payable, vendor onboarding, credit card and expense processing, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and financial systems improvements. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and support a global SaaS organization.

Lead and develop a data and analytics engineering team, guiding Scrum delivery, technical excellence, operational reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages product priorities, technical debt, quality, observability, and incident practices while supporting scalable data platforms and multi-cloud data warehouse migrations. It also champions AI-assisted development, distributed systems, data integrity, and continuous improvement across engineering processes.
