Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs in Python. Collaborate with product and stakeholders, own features end-to-end, participate in code reviews and architecture, and troubleshoot and optimize production applications.

Own end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end closures, reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance for group entities. Manage provisions, accruals, depreciation, filings, vendor follow-ups, and MIS reporting. Improve efficiency by automating tasks with Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, and AI tools, while maintaining strict documentation and cross-team communication.

Support lending operations and collections: process disbursements, verify documents, maintain LOS/LMS records, monitor repayments, follow up with borrowers, prepare MIS and reconcile collections, and coordinate with internal teams and collection agencies.
