Manage time-sensitive daily operations, identify and dispute third-party delivery platform errors, complete repetitive workflows accurately, support the operations team, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong quantitative skills, communication, reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, and independent ownership. Familiarity with delivery platforms, prior operations internships, and proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and basic data handling are preferred.

Business Development Intern will research prospects, generate leads, build sales pipelines, conduct product demos, maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, prepare pitch decks and competitor analyses, and support lead-to-customer transitions. The role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, fintech, and AI-powered accounting products, with collaboration across sales and onboarding teams.
