Own execution of multidisciplinary hardware and software development programs from design through qualification and delivery. Manage integrated schedules, budgets, risks, configuration activities, procurement coordination, testing, customer engagement, government reporting, contract data deliverables, and cross-functional engineering execution. The role also supports production transition, proposal development, and communication with executive and government stakeholders in aerospace, defense, and space systems programs.

Lead the full lifecycle development, testing, and support of embedded firmware for spaceborne radar sensors. Responsibilities include requirements development, firmware architecture and implementation, hardware-aware optimization, resource trade studies, hardware-based testing, and cross-functional collaboration with algorithm, hardware, FPGA, and mechanical engineers. The role also supports recruiting and hiring in a rapidly growing startup.

Lead RTL design and FPGA development for spaceborne radar systems and signal-processing algorithms. Responsibilities include defining firmware requirements, architecting embedded radar software, evaluating FPGA resource tradeoffs, integrating RTL on FPGA/SoC platforms, performing synthesis and timing analysis, and leading verification on prototype and flight hardware. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration and assisting with team hiring.
