Own accounting and compliance for overseas sales offices (India, Nigeria, Dubai, Saudi Arabia), ensure accurate local, UK and US reporting, strengthen financial controls, manage external advisers, lead a junior accountant in New Delhi, and drive process improvements and automation across multiple time zones.

Provide safeguarding and welfare support for U18 students living in residence: act as daily contact, lead induction/welcome, perform welfare checks, join on-call night rota for emergencies, organise small-group or one-to-one wellbeing activities, escalate and report incidents, and work closely with residence and college teams to ensure students' safety and integration.

Lead digital product strategy and roadmap for Kaplan Languages Group, driving a large-scale transformation to enhance the student journey from prospecting to enrolment, payments, and CRM. Manage a small product team, collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders, use customer insights and data to improve conversion and commercial outcomes, run A/B testing, and take products from concept to launch and iterative refinement.
