Execute regional marketing activities across LATAM, adapting content and campaigns to local market needs and cultural nuances. Coordinate with regional marketing managers, directors, recruitment teams, and agents; manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems creatively, and independently deliver marketing initiatives. Use AI-enabled tools and data to improve marketing quality, speed, and impact while escalating strategic or specialist needs when appropriate.
