Embed regulatory and quality standards into operations, run audits and monitoring, produce reports for senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and manage stakeholder relationships to protect student experience and organisational reputation.

Lead planning, localisation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Turkey to drive student recruitment. Work closely with regional recruitment teams and global marketing colleagues, own campaign execution and performance, localise global strategy for market-specific execution, manage stakeholders, and operate as a single-person local marketing function within a supported matrix.

Live-in student role supporting safeguarding and welfare of predominantly under-18 students in residence. Deliver night-time duty cover, welfare checks, emergency support, inductions, small-group and one-to-one wellbeing activities, incident reporting, and liaising with college and residence teams to ensure student safety and compliance with policies.
