Lead the end-to-end establishment and launch of a UK university campus and higher education institution in Dubai. Responsibilities include scoping, structuring, and delivering academic, operational, regulatory, licensing, infrastructure, and approval requirements while coordinating senior leaders, international partners, government stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Manage social media strategy, influencer and creator programmes, affiliate and brand partnerships, PR opportunities, and regional marketing support. Build the new brand’s social presence, coordinate creator visits, monitor local markets, support campaigns and fairs, quality-check French and English content, mentor a junior team member, manage budgets, and report on return on investment.

External Examiner responsible for reviewing computing programme assessments, examination papers, marking schemes, student work, grade ranges, and Assessment Board recommendations. The role requires ensuring academic standards align with UK higher education expectations, providing feedback on teaching and student experience enhancement, and submitting annual reports. Applicants should have higher education teaching and assessment experience, relevant qualifications, disciplinary credibility, English fluency, and knowledge of international student needs.
